<p>HAZLETON &#8212; Police Monday said Shelby Pavlick was taken into custody on June 24 on an outstanding warrant for forgery and related offenses.</p><p>Pavlick, 23, of Mountain Top, was captured at the intersection of East Diamond Avenue and North Wyoming Street at approximately 10:30 p.m., police said.</p><p>At the time of her arrest, she was in possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Police filed additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. She was arraigned and pleaded guilty to the charges at a preliminary hearing on June 29 before District Judge Joseph Zola. She was allowed to remain free on her own recognizance pending the disposition of the forgery and related charges in Luzerne County Court.</p><style>
