Police searching for teenage boy reported missing on Sunday

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A woman is charged with aggravated assault after police say she stabbed another woman during a dispute.</p><p>Police said that at 12:15 a.m. Sunday, Yhata Santiago, 33, got into a verbal argument with a 40-year-old woman inside a residence on Madison Street. Police allege the fight escalated, and Santiago allegedly grabbed a knife and stabbed the woman twice in the arm.</p><p>Santiago was taken into custody by officers. The police report did not indicate the severity of the victim&#8217;s injuries.</p><p>Court documents indicate Santiago faces one count each of aggravated assault and simple assault. She was arraigned on her charges before Magisterial District Judge James Dixon at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Thomas Malloy Sr. at 10 a.m. on July 14.</p><p>Santiago is currently jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $50,000 bail.</p><style>
