Police: Man threatened to shoot neighbors with a loaded crossbow

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man wanted on a felony warrant was taken into custody Saturday in Public Square, according to police.</p><p>Police said officers saw James Jackson, 28, in Public Square at 6:39 p.m. Saturday. Police said officers were aware Jackson had a warrant for his arrest for felony burglary charges</p><p>When officers arrested Jackson, he was allegedly found in possession of a syringe, a crack pipe and heroin baggies.</p><p>Police charged Jackson with possession of a controlled substance, and he was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><style>
