Man jailed in fatal shooting at public housing project

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) — Mount Nittany Medical Center in central Pennsylvania and the union representing about 1,000 workers say tentative agreement has been reached on new three-year contract. The Service Employees Union International tells the Centre Daily Times (http://bit.ly/29hNBk1 ) that the tentative deal was reached on Tuesday. Workers are to vote on the pact Thursday after hearing details. The previous three-year contract expired last week. The hospital is the only one in Centre County and employs about 2,400 people.
