Man arrested for allegedly being drunk on July 4 in Kirby Park

<p>WEST PITTSTON &#8212; A Dunmore man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stealing a lawn mower.</p><p>Police say, David Nagel, 45, stole the mower from the Old Mill Pine hardware store on June 27.</p><p>Nagel was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Spanguolo and sent to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 bail.</p><style>
