Man who allegedly led police on chase in Lee Park arrested, arraigned

<p>PITTSTON &#8212; Kathleen Noss, D.O., of Shickshinny, has joined Partners in Pediatrics, 57 N. Main St., as a pediatrician caring for children from infancy through age 18.</p><p>Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Noss is trained with a focus on preventive care and wellness, routine care and acute illnesses.</p><p>Dr. Noss earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie in 2012 and received the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association&#8217;s Outstanding Student Award. She completed Geisinger Health System&#8217;s Pediatric Residency Program in 2015 and most recently served as pediatric chief resident.</p><p>Dr. Noss is a member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association and Sigma Sigma Phi National, an Honorary Osteopathic Service Fraternity.</p><style>
