<p>WEST PITTSTON &#8211; Police are looking for a group of people <a href="https://www.facebook.com/westpittstonpd/?fref=ts" target="_blank">after a surveillance video</a> allegedly caught them ingesting a white powder substance at a Montgomery Avenue park on Sunday night.</p><p>Police said that at approximately 7 p.m. Sunday, a group of people gathered at the park and two men snorted a white powder substance off of a picnic table. These actions put the group in violation of borough&#8217;s Parks and Recreation Ordinances, according to police. Police said the man are also suspects in an ongoing criminal investigation.</p><p>Police ask that anyone with information call (570) 655-7780, extension 306.</p><style>
