Judge: Cosby's accuser doesn't have to testify before trial

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8211; A city man is facing charges after a child custody argument turned physical Sunday morning, police said.</p><p>At approximately 11:20 a.m., officers reported to 34 S. Main St. due to reports of a domestic dispute, according to police. Upon arrival, police said a 34-year-old Dallas woman reported arguing with Jovan Scrutchins, 39, over custody and visitation of their children. The woman then said Scrutchins struck her, causing her to lose consciousness, police said. </p><p>Police charged Scrutchins with simple assault and harrassment. </p><style>
