<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8211; Police cited a man with retail theft Friday morning after he allegedly attempted to steal from Rite Aid pharmacy.</p><p>Police said at approximately 9:31 a.m., Matthew Moxen, 26 of Great Bend, attempted to leave the East Northampton Street business without paying for items valued at $17.94. </p><p>Moxen was taken into custody and cited with retail theft, according to police. </p><style>
