Out on a limb: Model Cities, flood recovery and urban redevelopment alter ancestor information in Wyoming Valley

<p>Commuters could encounter some areas of traffic congestion on the commute to start the new week.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Route 315, while minor congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. The South Cross Valley Expressway is also free of congestion.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Kidder, Mundy and Spring streets.</p><p>Downtown, isolated areas of heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Areas of minor congestion are reported on Hazle, North Main, East Market and East Northampton streets.</p><p>Isolated areas of heavy congestion are reported on North Pennsylvania Avenue, North Main and South Franklin streets.</p><p>In Kingston, isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
