<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8211; Two men are facing charges after collectively charging almost $2,000 to someone else&#8217;s credit card at Walmart.</p><p>Police said at approximately 2 p.m. Friday, officers arrested Jermaine Henry, 25, of Brooklyn, NY, and Tevon Thomas, 24, of Wilkes-Barre, after the men used the victim&#8217;s credit card to make multiple transactions at the Marketplace Supercenter. Thomas had charged $521.28 worth of merchandise and Henry had charged $1,252.15 worth of merchandise, police said. </p><p>Both men were charged with access device fraud, theft by deception and criminal conspiracy. Henry and Thomas were arraigned by District Judge Joseph Halesey and are being lodged at Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail. </p><style>
