AAA: Local, national average gas prices dropped by a penny overnight

<p>Commuters could encounter some scattered areas of traffic congestion on the ride into work this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Route 315, while heavy congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. The South Cross Valley Expressway is also free of congestion.</p><p>Downtown, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
