<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police charged a city man after he allegedly ran from an officer when questioned about an illegal vehicle.</p><p>At approximately 7 a.m. Wednesday, police said Bradley Rhodes, 23, was seen driving an illegal motorcycle. After being contacted by an officer, Rhodes fled the area, accoridng to police. Rhodes was apprehended and charged.</p><style>
