Camp Bisco music festival opens with Scranton, Wilkes-Barre acts

<p>Commuters could encounter some areas of traffic congestion on the ride into work this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Some heavy congestion is reported on Route 315 near East Main Street, while minor congestion is reported on Route 115 near East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. The South Cross Valley Expressway is also free of congestion.</p><p>Downtown, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported throughout the area. Affected streets include:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre / South Wilkes-Barre boulevards</p><p>&#8226; East / West Market streets</p><p>&#8226; Hazle Street</p><p>&#8226; North / South Pennsylvania avenues</p><p>&#8226; North / South Franklin streets</p><p>&#8226; North / South River streets</p><p>In Kingston, areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported throughout Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
