Sunshine, hot temperatures predicted for the Wyoming Valley this weekend

<p>The local and state average gas prices continued to drop overnight, marking a 6-cent decrease from last week.</p><p>AAA Mid-Atlantic provided the following data for today&#8217;s average gas prices:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $2.19 today, down a penny overnight and down 6 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; Pennsylvania gas average at $2.35 today, down a penny overnight and down 6 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; National gas average at $2.22 today, unchanged overnight, down 3 cents in the last week.</p><style>
