<p>WILKES-BARRE - A Mountain Top man was charged with harassment after he allegedly sent obscene and harassing text messages.</p><p>According to police, at about 8 p.m. on Thursday they received a complaint from a Wilkes-Barre woman, 19, that Alex Scaramastro, 18, had sent harassing text messages on both July 4 and July 14.</p><p>Police said the complainant provided electronic evidence that she had received the text messages, but when they called Scaramastro, he denied sending them.</p><p>Charges were filed in district court.</p><style>
