Pittston Area rolls past Hanover for District 16 Junior Baseball title

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Two people were charged with harassment following an incident on South Franklin Street.</p><p>According to police, a woman, 26, reported that while she was walking on Academy Street, Brenna Rucker, 28, Wilkes-Barre, punched her in the face. She said when she returned to her home, she was thrown to the ground and kicked by Davide Duman, 26, Edwardsville.</p><p>Both incidents allegedly arose from the complainant removing personal property of Rucker from the residence.</p><p>According to police, the complainant declined medical treatment.</p><style>
