Production problems delay delivery of Times Leader

A dry weekend with temps in the high 80s and low 90s

<p>Smooth traffic is reported through most of the region for the start of the weekend.</p><p>Interstates 80, 81 and 476 all show clear travel from Scranton to Hazleton.</p><p>309 north does show moderate congestion for a short stretch near Shavertown, while U.S. 11 shows spots of moderate to heavy congestion near Luzerne, Pittston and Moosic.</p><p>Wilkes-Barre shows spots of heavier congestion on Hazle Street near Blackman, N.
