<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Police pulled a man over for lack of a valid vehicle inspection sticker and ended up taking him into custody on an outstanding warrant.</p><p>According to police, James Richard Rushton of Main Road was stopped on South Main Street Friday afternoon. During the stop they determined Rushton was wanted by the Luzerne County Sheriff&#8217;s Office for failure to appear on charges of disorderly conduct.</p><p>Rushton, 24, was taken to Luzerne County Correctional Facility</p><style>
