Police arrest woman for public drunkenness, drug paraphernalia

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; An apparent fight led police to the arrest of a wanted man early Friday morning.</p><p>According to a police report:</p><p>Officers on patrol found Roland Singletary, 30, unresponsive on the sidewalk of the 100 block of S. Main St. Singletary was awakened by police officers who discovered a large lump on his head and called medics to transport him to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center for treatment. Singletary could not recall any information about his attacker.</p><p>Police determined Singletary had an active Capias warrant for his arrest, arrested and lodged him at Luzerne County Correctional Facility after he was medically cleared from the hospital.</p><style>
