FORTY FORT - Candy&#8217;s Place, a Wellness Center, 190 Welles St., Suite 120, is hosting a free Healthy Lifestyle Series Workshop, hosted by one-on-one personal trainer and fitness instructor Chris Fazzi. This four-week workshop will be held at 6 p.m. Monday nights starting July 25.The program has been designed to show how making positive, healthy changes to your lifestyle can be easy and enjoyable. Each week Chris will discuss ways to incorporate a healthier way of eating as well as a form of activity to keep participants strong and feeling more energetic.By the end of the program, participants will be more knowledgeable of healthy recipes, healthy cooking options, and what to look for in food labels and healthy restaurants and stores.
