<p>WYOMING &#8212; A Peckville man was charged Wednesday after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman at Bo Bothers Restaurant on July 2.</p><p>According to borough police, a female victim reported to police that while sitting at the bar in Bo Brothers Restaurant, 2004 Wyoming Ave., at about 8:30 p.m., James R. Ruby, 68, exposed his genitals to her twice.</p><p>Borough police filed indecent exposure charges against Ruby at District Judge Joseph Carmody&#8217;s office.</p><p>Ruby will be summoned to court, police said.</p><style>
