<p>Commuters could encounter some areas of traffic congestion on the ride into work this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476, but isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. The South Cross Valley Expressway is also free of congestion.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Kidder, Mundy and Spring streets.</p><p>Downtown, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on several streets in the area. Affected streets include:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre/South Wilkes-Barre boulevards</p><p>&#8226; North / South Main streets</p><p>&#8226; Public Square</p><p>&#8226; North / South Washington streets</p><p>&#8226; North / South Pennsylvania avenues</p><p>&#8226; North / South Franklin streets</p><p>&#8226; North / South River streets</p><p>In Kingston, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
