Kristopher Moules remembered as an ‘awesome person’

<p>TUNKHANNOCK &#8212; A man used home surveillance footage which he viewed on his cell phone to catch a thief on Friday.</p><p>According to Pennsylvania State Police, Todd Mitteer, 36, saw Jason Lindbert, 31, from his cell phone.</p><p>Police arrived at the Tippy Lane residence and Lindbert was taken into custody without incident, according to police.</p><p>He was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft.</p><p>Lindbert was arraigned and confined at the Wyoming County Correctional Facility for lack of $50,000 bail.</p><style>
