Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders win third straight

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Wilkes-Barre woman was apprehended after she attempted to flee from police on Friday.</p><p>Police said at about 10 a.m. they observed Kasi Snee, 31, trying to make contact with passing vehicles and crossing back and forth on Academy Street in a high crime and drug area.</p><p>Police said they stopped Snee and asked for identification. They also asked her if she was in possession of anything illegal.</p><p>Snee then opened her purse which had a hypodermic needle inside of it, according to police.</p><p>Police said Snee then attempted to run, but was apprehended.</p><style>
