Police investigate alleged theft at storage facility

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police responded to a report of harassment on George Avenue.</p><p>Police said at approximately 4 a.m. Monday, a woman reported she had been in a verbal argument with 21-year-old Andrew Wilshusen. The woman said Wilshusen slapped her in the face and pulled her by the hair, and then threw her to the ground and dragged her across the pavement by her shirt.</p><p>The victim stated to police she does not wish to press charges.</p><style>
