Areas of minor, heavy traffic congestion reported in the Wyoming Valley

<p>The state&#8217;s average gas price dipped slightly overnight, and is down 5 cents from last week.</p><p>AAA Mid-Atlantic provided the following data for today&#8217;s average gas prices:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $2.27 today, unchanged overnight and down 3 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; Pennsylvania gas average at $2.28 today, down a penny overnight and down 5 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; National gas average at $2.15 today, unchanged overnight, down 4 cents in the last week.</p><style>
