Kingston woman charged with harrassment after fight at Movies 14

House GOP chairman threatens more action on climate probe

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man faces charges after threatening his neighbor and being disorderly toward officers on Holland Street Thursday night.</p><p>According to a police report:</p><p>At approximately 9:35 p.m., a 38-year-old man reported when he tried to talk to his neighbor, 31-year-old William D. Eisenbach, Eisenbach armed himself with a baseball bat and threatened to retrieve his firearm. The man said Eisenbach used racial slurs and continuously threatened to get his gun but never did.</p><p>Eisenbach was hostile with officers and said he broke no laws because he was on his own property.</p><p>Police charged Eisenbach with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harrassment.</p><style>
