PHILADELPHIA &#8212; Things came full circle for Spencer Dirrig as he watched Hillary Clinton received the Democratic nomination for president.Dirrig, 19, is an Ohio delegate and freshman at Ohio State. This is the first presidential election he is allowed to vote in, but Dirrig is no stranger to politics. Dirrig volunteered for the Clinton campaign in 2008, and then for President Obama when he won the nomination.When Sen.
