<p>Commuters could encounter some areas of traffic congestion on the ride into work this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Route 315, but Route 115 is free of congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. The South Cross Valley Expressway is also free of congestion.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Kidder, Mundy and Spring streets. Minor congestion is also reported on Highland Park Boulevard.</p><p>Downtown, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
