Police seek help in identifying a woman that allegedly stole from Kmart

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Police are investigating the alleged theft of $79 worth of Ralph Lauren underwear from Macy&#8217;s in the Wyoming Valley Mall Thursday night.</p><p>Police said at approximately 4:05 p.m., store security reported an unkown man had stolen merchandise and, when security attempted to apprehend him, he resisted and fled the area on a black dirt bike. While fleeing the area, the man struck a vehicle in the Sears parking lot, police said.</p><style>
