PITTSBURGH (AP) — Frontier Airlines is suspending flights departing from Pittsburgh International Airport to several locations as part of the company's "seasonal capacity adjustment." The Post-Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/2azKd8C ) the airline plans to end its daily service to Denver for the winter season beginning Jan. 4. The Denver route is the third of five launched by Frontier last month to be suspended as part of the seasonal adjustment. Frontier spokesman Rich Oliver says the company routinely shuffles its fleet to take advantage of the demand for travel from cold weather markets to warmer ones. He says Pittsburgh is not the only affected city. Oliver says airline officials will assess the performance of the flights before bringing back the service this upcoming spring.
