<p>The Greater Wilkes-Barre Association for the Blind received a check for a $3,000 grant as part of The Allstate Foundation&#8217;s &#8220;Agency Helping Hands in the Community&#8221; program. Additionally, $1,000 grants to North Branch Land Trust and the Luzerne Foundation were presented.
