<p>BERWICK &#8212; Police arrested a man they say intended to distribute a large quantity of crystal methamphetamine in the borough of Berwick.</p><p>According to a press release, as part of an ongoing investigation, the Berwick Police Department working in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, learned that Orrett Campbell was en route to Berwick to sell the drugs.</p><p>In response, surveillance officers located Campbell on Tuesday and followed him. At about 1:20 p.m. Campbell pulled into the rear of 430 LaSalle St. Campbell was then taken into custody without incident, according to police.</p><p>During a search following the arrest Campbell was allegedly found to be in possession of approximately 100 grams of marijuana, 20 grams of cocaine, 158 grams of liquid THC, 18 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 4 grams of heroin and almost $2,000.</p><p>Police estimated the street value of the narcotics seized at more than $30,000.</p><p>Campbell was arrested and charged with five counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and 5 counts of possession of a controlled substance.</p><p>Campbell was arraigned before District Judge Richard Knecht on Wednesday.</p><p>Campbell was lodged at the Columbia County Prison for failure to post $250,000 straight bail.</p><style>
