<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Two women are facing drug charges after a traffic stop led police to the discovery of an alleged drug deal Wednesday afternoon at Sherman Hills.</p><p>According to a police report, at approximately 12:56 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a car with an expired registration. Police said driver, Stephani Taylor, 24, of Shickshinny had a crack pipe in plain view. Taylor was arrested and found to be in possession of crack cocaine, police said.</p><p>Police said an investigation found Taylor was at Sherman Hills to buy crack cocaine, and that she had purchased the drugs from Denasha Campbell, 22, of Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>Taylor was charged with possession of a controlled substance and an arrest warrant was issued for Campbell on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.</p><style>
