PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Police say a man and a woman have been charged with rioting during a brawl that caused $700 in damage at a Philadelphia convenience store. Forty-three-year-old Barbara Bayona and 20-year-old Jonathan Rodriguez were arrested Thursday and charged with riot, criminal conspiracy and related offenses stemming from a melee at a Wawa last week. Video of the incident shows a group arguing with employees and customers and throwing food and display items on the floor before a fight breaks out with a customer. Police tell Philly.com (http://bit.ly/2aNmTmm ) they were called to the store for a disturbance over the purchase of cigars and the group was gone before officers arrived. But police say they showed up again and started the altercation. It's unclear if Bayona and Rodriguez have attorneys.
