South Africa's ruling party suffering biggest electoral blow

<p>The NEPA Alliance PTAC presented the Client of the Year Award for 2016 to Ron Carter, president &amp; CEO of Performance Biomedical LLC. Selection for the award is based on a business whose practices and professional conduct are beneficial to federal, state and local governments and who conducts business in a professional and ethical manner, reinvests in the local economy and its people and helps to promote northeastern Pennsylvania as a vibrant place in which to do business.
