Police investigate alleged theft at Old Navy store

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Police are investigating the alleged theft of $290 worth of merchandise from JCPenney Thursday afternoon.</p><p>Police said at approximately 1:03 p.m., store loss prevention reported a white man selected five pairs of Nike shorts, walked into a dressing room, concealed the shorts on his person and fled the store. A woman driving a silver Buick was waiting for the man in the parking lot, according to police.</p><p>The man was described as having blonde hair and wearing black shorts and a white T-shirt that read &#8220;RUN NYC.&#8221;</p><style>
