Delta grounds flights due to systems problems

Areas of minor, heavy traffic congestion reported this morning

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Sunshine will stick around the Wyoming Valley for the beginning of the week, but showers and thunderstorms are expected into the midweek.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 60 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with fair skies reported.</p><p>Sunny skies are expected today, with a high near 86. Clear skies will follow into tonight, with a low around 58.</p><p>Sunny skies are predicted for Tuesday, with a high near 87. Mostly cloudy skies will follow into Tuesday night, along with a chance of showers after 2 a.m. Less then a tenth of an inch of rain is expected, and the low will be around 69.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are expected Wednesday, and showers and thunderstorms are likely. A 60 percent chance of rain is predicted, but no rainfall amounts have been predicted. The high will be near 85.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies will carry over into Wednesday night, along with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.
