WIND GAP, Pa. (AP) — Police say a forklift operator is dead after being trapped while unloading an oxygen tank from a pickup truck. The Express-Times of Easton reported (http://bit.ly/2b9MZC6 ) the fatal accident occurred Monday afternoon at the loading dock of a former auto parts distribution building in Wind Gap. Slate Belt Regional Police say the unnamed man got off the forklift before it moved and pinned him against a metal container on the truck.
