Jeni Stepien was escorted down the aisle Saturday by the man who received her father's heart 10 years ago when her father was killed by a mugger. FIVE DIE-PENNSYLVANIA SINKING SPRING — A Pennsylvania woman found dead alongside her husband and three children in an apparent murder-suicide had told friends on social media that she planned to leave him. The Reading Eagle reports that Megan Short alleged abuse and posted on Facebook that she needed help moving out of the family's home in Sinking Spring home Saturday, the day authorities discovered the family shot dead. FAKE HONORS STUDENT HARRISBURG — A 23-year-old Ukrainian man accused of faking his name and age while attending a Pennsylvania high school and having sex with an underage girl has pleaded guilty. LIQUOR PRIVATIZATION HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania's alcohol regulators are taking applications for permits under the expanded sales of booze approved by the Legislature and Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf earlier this summer. The Liquor Control Board said the law that went into effect Monday lets about 11,000 businesses that currently have what's called restaurant or hotel licenses, which let them sell beer to go, apply for permission to also sell takeout wine. TURKEY-MILITARY COUP ANKARA, Turkey — Turkish authorities have detained at least 10 foreign nationals suspected of ties to a U.S.-based cleric whom Turkey accuses of masterminding the July 15 failed coup, a senior official said Monday. At least four of them had been formally arrested pending trial while a fifth person had been released, Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus told reporters after a Cabinet meeting.
