<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police arrested an Albrightsville man on simple assault charges on Harkins Lane early Sunday morning.</p><p>Police said at approximately 5:41 a.m., a Wilkes-Barre woman alleged Ryan Pinkey, 22, yelled at her and punched her in the face at her residence.</p><style>
