John Sanders named vice president of customer service at TMG Health

TMG Health recently announced the promotions of two associates at the company&#8217;s national operations center, Jessup.Patty Beck, of Scranton, was promoted to account executive.She is responsible for communicating with the company&#8217;s clients, managing the clients&#8217; expectations by working with operations, sales and technical management to develop and implement sustainable solutions as part of ongoing account performance.Beck joined TMG Health in 2014 as a Senior Project Manager. In that role, she collaborated with both internal and external team members to manage projects involving Medicare and Medicaid processes, as well as new client implementations.She holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in history from Lycoming College, Williamsport, and an MBA from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre. She is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) through the Project Management Institute, a not-for-profit professional membership association for the project, program and portfolio management profession.Debby Jones, of Shavertown, was promoted to director of operations quality and plan management.She is responsible for managing the company&#8217;s quality, monitoring and performance measurement programs in order ensure consistency across the various administrative services provided to the company&#8217;s client health plans. She also oversees the Plan Management Team which supports client interactions on day-to-day operational needs.Jones joined TMG Health in June 2015 as director of operations in customer service where she assisted in leading the call center in day-to-day efficiencies and best practices. Prior to joining TMG Health, she served as program director for CIGNA&#8217;s Call Quality Department.
