<p>Atty. Vincent J. Cappellini has been appointed a District Two committee member by the The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.</p><p>In this capacity, Cappellini will serve as a hearing committee member in matters addressing alleged attorney misconduct. He will serve an initial three-year term on the hearing committee, which functions as a trial court in the disciplinary system.</p><p>Cappellini is a graduate of Coughlin High School, Wilkes University and the Ohio Northern University-Pettit School of Law. He is also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta International legal fraternity.</p><p>He has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1989 and is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association. He is admitted to practice law in all Pennsylvania counties, in addition to the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.</p><p>Cappellini resides in Harveys Lake with his wife, Jennifer, and has a private law practice in Kingston.</p><style>
