Woman reports unauthorized use of credit card at DICK’s

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police arrested a man from Ashley on harassment charges on Blackman Street on Sunday afternoon.</p><p>Police said that at 2:20 p.m., officers went to Blackman Street for a reported fight in progress. A 33-year-old man said he took his stepdaughter to her boyfriend&#8217;s residence to retrieve property, according to police. At that time, Ashley resident Greg Johnson, 36, allegedly threatened the man.</p><style>
