<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Average local gas prices were unchanged overnight at $2.22 per gallon, leaving them down a penny for the week, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic.</p><p>The state average is also at $2.22 per gallon overnight and unchanged in the last week.</p><p>Those prices are higher than the national gas average at $2.13 today, unchanged overnight, up a penny in the last week.</p><p>In New Jersey, the gas average is at $1.91 today, unchanged overnight and down a penny in the last week. The South Jersey gas average is at $1.85 today, unchanged overnight and up a penny in the last week.</p><p>The Philadelphia (5-county) area gas average is at $2.21 today, unchanged overnight and up 2 cents in the last week.</p><p>In Delaware, the average is at $1.97 today, unchanged overnight and up 3 cents in the last week, while in Maryland, the average is at $2.08 today, unchanged overnight, down a penny in the last week.</p><style>
