PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A woman was driving along a Philadelphia highway with her foot while she had two hands and both eyes on her phone, and the couple who recorded her hope releasing a video of her actions will save lives. WPVI-TV reports (http://6abc.cm/2b5wu6H ) Sarah and Shawn Delong shared video Sarah took from the passenger seat as they drove alongside the woman on Interstate 76, which cuts through downtown. The Delongs followed her for about 20 minutes — even honking at one point — and say she continued driving with her left foot and swerving on the highway. Sarah Delong says she screamed "get off your phone!" but the driver just smirked and continued using the device. She says she got the license plate number and called police.
