<p>Kelly Dalton, O.D., recently joined Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center (GWV), in Wilkes-Barre as an optometrist.</p><p>Dalton holds special interests in primary care optometry, pediatric eye exams, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma management and contact lens fittings.</p><p>Dalton earned her medical degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Elkins Park in 2008. She most recently spent five years as an optometrist with Indian Health Service in Poplar, Mo.</p><p>Since 2013, Dalton has served as a Commissioner Corps Officer with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services&#8217; Public Health Service. She previously held optometry positions at Pearle Vision in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and at Institutional Eye Care in Indiana and Greensburg, Pennsylvania.</p><p>Dalton is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.</p><style>
