The Latest: Milwaukee chief says man was shot in the neck

<p>The Dallas Lions Club concluded the &#8220;Hometown Heroes&#8221; project in which 125 banners of service men and women were placed throughout Dallas Borough over the last five years. The banners were presented to family members at a ceremony held at the Dallas Senior High School earlier this summer. A $300 donation was made to the Michael Cleary Foundation to financially help local members of the Armed Forces and their families.
