City man charged after providing officer with false identification

Bike reported stolen from North Franklin Street

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police arrested a West Wyoming man on public drunkenness charges on Horton Street early Wednesday morning.</p><p>Police said at 12:40 a.m., officers received a report that Edward Jenkins, 57, was unresponsive. When officers arrived, police said they discovered Jenkins to be highly intoxicated and unable to stand in an upright position. Police also said Jenkins had an odor of alcohol coming from his person.</p><style>
